STUDIO GROUP SESSIONS (MAX 5)
These classes use a combination of Reformers, Combo chairs, small props and complementary mat exercises, to strengthen and tone your entire body. They focus on core conditioning, stability, mobility and addressing your personal weakness and imbalances. Studio classes are suitable for ladies of all ages and fitness levels.
REFORMER
One of the best things about the reformer is its versatility. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar, perched on the footbar, perched on the shoulder blocks, with additional equipment, upside down, sideways, and all kinds of variations. Your workout can be as easy or as difficult as you want it to be just by changing the springs resistance.
COMBO CHAIR
The Combo chair stretches and strengthens muscle groups not easily reached by more traditional techniques and equipment. It’s also an amazing way to increase power, challenge your core and stability and provide a full body workout. The Combo chair is also wonderful for those that have issues with their knees or weight bearing.
